Hello
How are you? I couldn't hit the sack tonight before sending out this video! It's all about coordinating your left and right hands. They need to operate well independently yet work together effectively (much like any other partnership, marriage for instance!).
So this video uses "Happy Birthday" to give you a little exercise in coordination.
