Hello

So you're playing one of your favorite rock songs or jazz tunes and it just doesn't sound that "cool". What's going on? You're playing the given chords and reading the melody just as its written!

Here's the thing. Melodies, especially in some of the Easy Fake Books, are sometimes simplified for ease in reading. But this trick will show you how to make that melody and your song much more like the real thing. A lot better actually.
